Whitetail Ridge ("the game", "we") is a deer hunting game. We keep data collection to a minimum. This policy explains what the game stores and why.
The game has no account sign-in. It does not include advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs, and we do not track you across other apps or websites. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
Your saves and progress (land, herd, gear, settings) are stored locally on your device. They are not sent to us. Deleting the app or clearing site data removes them.
If you post to the Crew Board, the game sends the hunter name you choose, your crew code and your scores (for example, harvested buck scores) to our server so they can be shown on the leaderboard to other players using the same crew code. Please don't use your real full name or personal information as a hunter name. This data is not linked to your identity.
If you choose to submit a partner/brand application, we receive the brand name and email address you enter. We use it only to review the application and reply to you.
Whitetail Ridge is a paid app with no in-app purchases. Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google; we never receive your payment details.
Our server is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process standard technical data (such as IP addresses) briefly to deliver and secure the service. We do not use this data to identify or profile you.
Leaderboard entries and partner applications are kept while the service runs. To have your leaderboard entry or partner application deleted, email us with your hunter name and crew code (or brand name) and we will remove it.
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
